If you are not active and you are not replying your leads at time or providing wrong information to them just because of rush then you will definitely lose some leads to be your customers. So, you need to be active and multitasking all the time.

So, as we know we are not a machine and can't handle multiple customers at a time and even can't prioritize them, we need to use some machines for that purpose. That would be very easy and useful for us as well as for our customers too.

2) Miscommunication between sales and marketing: Sometimes in our sales and marketing team miscommunication occurs. That will always give bad impact on our customers. So, it is necessary that everything is clean and clear in our sales and marketing team.

3) Information Accuracy : Information accuracy is very important factor in sales and marketing. You need to give accurate information to all of your customers. Otherwise, you can lose your existing clients too, and can't be able to convert leads into customers.
4) Visibility into Prospect's Activity: Sometimes we don't reply to our customers messages or mails, that causes loss of our customers. We need to be interactive all of our customers messages and calls etc.

5) Continue Customer Relationship Post Sale: We need to be connected with our customers even after sale to make them trust on us and be a permanent customer. So we can't cut off with our clients as soon as our deal will end.
